I've been having some problems with MySQL connections - it appears some other users have had similar problems



This has happened a lot... can I ask two questions:

a) What's causing these regular outages?
Do you guys have a solution?

We can't afford to have the database falling over all the time - our whole site relys on it.

I got the same problem too. MySQL server down all the time. I have installed Help Center Live to support my customer. I was chatting with my customer and I got the MySQL error message. We both are disconnected.

Sorry Staff, I got it again today, thats a reason I'm writting this message.

It happens a lot. We are selling the PHP script (eGreeting card script http://ecardmax.com) , my customer will think our program are not stable and they won't buy it.

HostOny needs to do something.

I'll try to help you but please tell me at first the full URL of the script that is not working at the moment.

It's working for the moment - it's erratic but appears to depend on server load (unsurprisingly) - maybe some form of limiter on processor time per account needs to be put in
