I have two 2 shared special hosting accounts.

I would like to know if there is any chance to create a new login for another user for single domain under special hosting accounts.

mysteryminds, as I understand you want to give one of your domains to another person
and you are unwilling for him/her to use the same login you are using.
In this case there is no option to do that,at least I can't recommend anything worthy to you.

But in case you are willing to change the login for your whole cpanel account - just let us know, this is not much of a problem.
