If I'm not mistaken, it should be yourdomain.com:2082 or yourIP:2082.

2082 is correct for unencrypted access, I think -- 2083 is the port for HTTPS access, if you wish to use it instead.

CPanel links are:
secure access (more preferable):
https://255.255.255.255:2083/ - for CPanel
https://255.255.255.255:2087 - for WHM (reseller control panel)
unsecure acceess:
http://255.255.255.255:2082/ - for CPanel
http://255.255.255.255:2086/ - for WHM
Of course, you need to replace '255.255.255.255' with the actual IP address of your site.
