I’m sure there is some kind of mistake, if not please explain. I have been using your service for over one year I believe. Aside from the two instances of not receiving a email saying you were going to bill my account and having you overdraw my account twice, causing me to be billed 60 total by my bank. It is good hosting.... Until this little mistake or error, mess-up whatever you want to call it.

I own sooforum.com. Well I did until the other day when went to look at my site and some other person owns it.

I think you have allowed my domain sooforum.com to be purchased.

Please figure out what is going on. If you can't get my domain back you are going to have to get me another one, if this is your fault.

The domain is expired...

Did someone at hostony fall asleep at the wheel with domain registrations? Who is responsible for that, and do they still work for the company? It seems there has been more than there should be of domains in control by hostony that have expired...

Might want to run a check on all your domains to see if they should be renewed or not... I'm surprised nobody has hijacked a domain name yet.
