I submitted a trouble ticket for my site being down. It was up most of the morning and now it's down again. The tech emailed me and asked what the domain was. Dont you have that information? Isn't my domain and account info tied in with your trouble ticketing system somehow?

Anyway the domain is www.webshane.com. Yesterday when it was down I could ping it; this moring I can't even do that.

Well whatterya know. Its up now. Whats up with the flakeyness?
