Today I woke up to find my domain needing renewed but no one sent me an update or response that this was going to happen.

Now it is been 3 hours before anyone told me what has happened and I had to chat over and over with the reps to finally get an answer

Money sent through paypal to fix the problem...still not up and just wondering why I was not notified
