I would put up a support ticket but I can't get in. I had my password sent to me and it doesn't work. We have a serious issue with billing I need to put up a ticket on right away.
We have had various errors when trying to receive email in outlook. It usually happens at least once a day. We get both localhost errors and errors connecting to the server. This has been prominent today. Is this a server problem or an ISP problem?
I would like to know why I can't get into the support system.
I get ERROR: Invalid login or your account is not activated yet.
The site is awesomeracesuits.com. I'm sure our billing email is info@racesuit.com. I can't log in though.

Are you sure your email is not "@awesomeracesuits.com" and not "@racesuits.com"?

This could be the root of your problem as well..

If you have problems with the login to the finedesk, you can always contact our billling department(billing@hostony.com).
They will solve the problem.
