I would like to know why do you need voice confirmation after all?! What do I have to tell you when you call me?! Does it take long?!
It would be much better, if you wouldn’t request voice confirmation!

Dear Boris, I don't quite understand why you are afraid when we are calling you.
That's rather weird, I'd say. We usually do not ask much, really.
But we need to validate the orders we are getting form our customers. The first and the main reason for this is that there too many fraudulent orders of late. Stolen credit cards, wrong addresses, invalid phone numbers, etc.
Many people want to use our services, but not all of them want to pay for that.
