I am unable to access Cpanel for my domain. I receive this error:

Could not connect to host sargon.us (port 2083)

I also am unable to send e-mail (can't connect to host mail.sargon.us).

nslookup returns correct IP addressing.

Any ideas?

Yes, and SSL POP3 is also working again (it stopped mid-morning).
