I have put in a support ticket, I also seek help here.
I use ASHOP for Downloads on my website. For the last week or so (coincidentally after an upgrade for PHP and APACHE was installed) the DOWNLOAD window, which used to take only a second or two, is now taking from 30 seconds to two minutes to respond.
I am only using 80 percent of my server space, leaving over 4 GB available.
Support has offered to move my account to a different "box," but I would like to know what may be causing the problem. I'm not sure it's good to prescribe remedies without knowing the problem.
Anyone have ideas?
