I have yet to be able to login to the new billing system. Also can't login to the new trouble ticket system. Tried completing a trouble ticket, no response. What does a customer of a couple of years have to do to get a resolution to stuff like this?

My credit card expired, I tried to notifiy Hostony a week ahead of time with no response. Then I get a message saying my card was expired. I re-upped it however from what I am reading I would not be surprised if they shut my site down anyway.

Getting support has always been frustrating ..

I'll try that again. As yet, I have not received any response from anybody in your support department.

Make sure to check back by logging into the actual support site because that's where I was having trouble. A while back I thought support wasn't responding to me either but if you go back to the site you may find a message waiting for you there.

I'm not sure why the email thing doesn't always work.
