Is there an inhouse software which will allow a member to copy a webpage prepared on standard wordprocessor like Word or WP and paste ready to be published ? pease help, I am new to owning a site.

I think Microsoft Frontpage will be suitable for you.

Microsft Frontpage is very good. It's what I use.
You may want to check if your version of Word has "Save as WebPage" "or SaveAs html.

Well... in fact it is very easy to learn to use Dreamweaver... I made quite nice websites with that program and I still don't know how to write HTML.

You couls also use phpnuke, you can modify it as you want from your browser... thogh it sometimes requires some effort...

Frontpage might be the easiest first option... but it depends on how would you like your site to be.
