I do not claim to put anyone down nor say its wrong.

When I submit a support ticket in the new system, its really understandable when they make a few errors, but, at least every ticket I make has one of the support people making at least a few spelling errors in each ticket I make XD

Well, I suggest your correcting some of the most evident "pearls" right on the spot, I mean in the ticket itself. If you have the guts for it, of course.
