After quite a few problems with my credit card, I finally re-upped my account with Hostony. As of 12/2/04, I now have paid for a Super-Profi account. Unfortunately, my website is still down and it appears as though I have not been assigned an IP address. Can anyone help with this?

Philip, have you asked the billing Dep. about that? The Unsuspending process starts with them, usually. But I'll pass your request to them anyway

Thanks, Lehrer. I'll also put a request in with the billing department to unsuspend my account. If I don't get any results in a few days, I'll come back and bump this thread up.

After getting in touch with the billing department, the suspention on my account was lifted. As I stated earlier, I now have a SuperProfi account. When the suspension was lifted, I was assigned a new IP. I several files on my old IP that I wasn't allowed to access due to my suspension. I thought that after it was lifted, I would be able to get to them. Is there any way for those files to be transferred to my new IP?
