I signed up for a new windows account two days ago and I still haven't received my FTP information. Max gave me a call to verify the account and said that I would get the information within an hour. That was almost 14 hours ago. Is there some reason we can't start FTP'ing our website up?

Have you tried support tickets yet?
If not, the billing people are sure good on responding when you owe them money, or they have to do something.
