We have seen our mail drop several times in the past few months, it has been very bad in the past 4 weeks. It is currently down, again.

I have an open call and even tried to us the chat feature but "DIMA" said the "server was rebooting, thats why it was down? It has been down for 3 hours, if it is taking that long to reboot i would sugest a new mail server.
