Am i right to assume that today is billing and supports day off. ive been trying to get in contact with both departments to no avail.
My website has seen an 80% downtime which is somewhat different to my guarenteed 99% uptime GUARENTEE
and your 24/7 support seems to have odly dissapeared...
and when does your billing dept operate?
