You have not contacted me after several email requests. How can I pay this account if you don't invoice me? If you do not contact me today with billing info and re-enable my account then just cancel my account as I cannot do business with such an incompetent and unreliable company.

my situation is even worse-
I paid thre days ago and my site still isn't back up, their live support only says "contact the billing department" and the billing department doesn't respond to any of my emails!
I am strongly considering switching to a more reliable company.
