I changed my payments from 2checkout.com to your billing system because of pronlems with 2checkout.

As soon as I provided you with my CC info, I was charged twice for my service.

I emailed the billing department and got a generic "Thank you for your email" reply but nothing after that.

I realise that this is tech support but maybe someone here can let billing know that they are doing a really bad job. Changing to Hostony billing was supposed to make things easier. Easier? Yes, but paying twice for one month is not my idea of good service.

And maybe pass on to Billing to follow up on their emails???
