Full Version: Japanese language support?

This may sound stupid at first, but, its not a common question.

Is the Japanese language, symbolic characters, supported on Profi plan hosting on Linux?

For example, here is the word "Hostony" in Japanese symbols (Hiragana)

くらとからみん - Hiragana
蔵と殻民 - Romanji (shortened Hiragana)

If you see the characters, you have Japanese language supported on your Microsoft windows XP or some other version.

So is it supported?
Just asking because I am wanting to do a few pages in Japanese, and, I tried with a script and it put the #133 characters instead.

I got a plugin that supports Japanese characters for my Nucleus weblogs.
Did you build your site using a CMS?

Good point. I will have to look at that. Thanks smile.gif

what are you talking about? Japanese support has nothing to do with what the host is running. after all you are just storing files there, the files can be anything. you're probably not using the correct code page when writing your files.
