Full Version: Got billed to much and cant login to live support

I've just passes my first month of hosting here and I've already send $9.85 USD through paypall.
Now I received an invoice that I owe Hostony the ammount of $19.70 USD

Now I tried to contact Live support to set this right, but it seems i can login with any password/username, though I can login to the support ticket system and the billing system.

The BIlling system tells me there are no invioces send, and my balance is $9.81 USD which doesnt make much sense to me.... SInce I've send $ 9.85 to pay for the hosting, not $9.81...

I'm totaly clueless now.

I'd also like some information, on the option to buy the free domain from you guys.

I hope this can be dealth with soon.

Live support is available at http://www.hostony.com/chat

You can use any login there, but your e-mail should be correct

uhm.. what email?

It asks me for username and password. If I enter my email in teh username entry it doesnt work.

There are some bugs in the software, that are to be eliminated. So, the fault is not yours.
But there is a way out. Please login from our main page http://www.hostony.com

There you'll see a window "chat now". You submit your e-mail address and name and there you go - the chat is at your disposal. biggrin.gif
