I get an account suspended when I try and check my email with Netscape, or go to my site.

I tried to open a support ticket but the system doesn't recognise me.

I finally get logged onto the support tickets, and it won't let me submit a ticket because it says my url is not valid. Duh, it isn't valid cause you suspended it.
