Hi
Can someone help me get signed in to the new support site? I can not get to the new site to put in a ticket or get live help.

Here's what I did .

1) logon to billing page first.
https://secure.hostony.com/pay/user.php
If you dont remember your password
use the lost password option on th ebilling page and
return to billing to logon with new password.

2) now goto the support page and logon.
use this url http://support.hostony.com/user.php
The same password you just created will work here.


Side Note : you dont have to logon to put a new ticket in.
you just have to provide a valid domain in the form
http://valid-hostony-domain.com


Also : This method was found by trial and error.
My account was created before this billing page was created
so i did not have a billing password and didnt even know such a thing existed.

I requested a password for the new support pages
when it was first "announced" and was told to contact support.
No reply or acknoledgement was ever given.

Thanks for the help but it doesn't work for me sad.gif

1) I just take care of the sites and it is not billed to me anymore, we bill it to the company.
2)See number 1
3)When I try to put our 2 domain names in it says they are not valid agggggggggghhh

when you put the domains in
they must have the http in front of them.
yourdomain.com wont work
but http://www.yourdomain.com *should*
