Here's what I did .
1) logon to billing page first.
https://secure.hostony.com/pay/user.phpIf you dont remember your password
use the lost password option on th ebilling page and
return to billing to logon with new password.
2) now goto the support page and logon.
use this url
http://support.hostony.com/user.phpThe same password you just created will work here.
Side Note : you dont have to logon to put a new ticket in.
you just have to provide a valid domain in the form
http://valid-hostony-domain.comAlso : This method was found by trial and error.
My account was created before this billing page was created
so i did not have a billing password and didnt even know such a thing existed.
I requested a password for the new support pages
when it was first "announced" and was told to contact support.
No reply or acknoledgement was ever given.
