Our Main account is futronix.com We're on server 15.
When I go to our home page futronixinc.com I get a message that
our account has been suspended.
Why?
I contacted support and they refered me to billing.
I've emailed billing but got no responce.
I need to get this up ASAP.
Any help?

Thanks, I finally got Email from billing, they gave me a link to FineBill.
But I am unable to login.
What Email address does it want me to use?
I've tried my Contact Email Address but get the message
" Invalid email [********@futronixinc.com] or your account is not activated yet. "
Same responce from FineDesk too.

you are to use the e-mail that you used for account registration. By the way, you can use the feature "forgot password"
