I've been getting unrouteable domain errors for all my emails in the last 48 hours. Not a single one of my accounts can send mail on any of my domains. I cannot send to any address ending in ap.org, aol.com, msn.com, reuters.com, and get this...I CAN'T EVEN SEND ANY MAIL TO HOSTONY.COM for support requests. Every single attempt, on every address, gets unroutable domain errors.

I've been in contact with live support (yesterday), and managed to get a couple of emails thru yesterday, but no response, and no fix. My business, and my employees depending this service.

Hostony, you do so much that is great, but when it comes to keeping your mail servers running, it really ######s. Why can't we depend on you for this like we do other service?

Please, fix the unroutable domain errors ASAP. I need to send urgent mails for business contracts.

A client of mine on server 23 is experiencing this again.

Three messages today with the
unrouteable mail domain errors.

Every time this happens a repairman does not get dispatched.
Lost buisness for them and a nasty phone call for me.

This client does not utilize his web space , no PHP, no ASP
no MySQL, places no load whatsever on the server.

They just need reliable EMAIL.

Can this basic need please be addresses in a timely matter?

Im also on server 23 and im having the same problem

MySQL service and mail services are working fine now.

The problem has been fixed.
