MySQL won't let me re-write a corrputed Table

i dumped a corrupted table.
rewrote it... using back-up. It wouldn't let me.
what's going on?
this is the error i'm recieving:
#3 - Error writing file './riotpix_account/totalonline.frm' (Errcode: 28)

Also i'm getting a /tmp file error.

Our backup system have filled HDD.
