... is pinging, but http, pop, ssh all down.

For me they all are working on that server. I can connect to all of those ports and gather info. HTTP I can see the default page for that server. Can you provide a hostname on that server, will help to see if http is working.
I'm able to log in FTP as anonymous, works fine..
