I and my users seem to be getting a lot of "connection to the server was interrupted" messages. Sometimes this is across all of the domains I have hosted, sometimes one. This is not really reliable. What's up with this?

But they ARE working on it!

I plan to give them a little more time, maybe until 5-7-03 / 0600 EDT
