Once again calton221.com completely down. I have had no apology for the 17 hours in one day last week, repeatedly down for an hour here or there since and down again.
Frustrating? You have no idea how much. Can I have this fixed please.

My sites Down again too. northvirginiahomes.com. My other site, global-stuff.com is now showing an old version of my site (again).

I really don't have time for this garbage today. Any hosyony staff able to actually answer my support requests, only been waiting 50 minutes on a response.

Yup I'm on 22, I used to be 18 till they moved me due to problems like this. I just need it to be more reliable, even if they could give me 50 meg to stick an alternative forum and chatroom and re-direct when my server is down it would be easy to explain to my customers.
I run a shop on that server and a Radio station, so as you can imagine this affects me severly. I'm paying for a Radio station no-one can connect to as its attached to the Radio site.

We were doing the server upgrade, but it all finished unsuccessfully.
Now we are about to return to the old version, and the server will be back soon.
Terribly sorry for all the inconveniences this have caused.

The 22-nd server is up and working already. Sorry once again for all the misunderstandings 
It was up but it's down yet again.
The problem I have is there is never any announcement on when things are happening, it just happens. I have been on this server a year and always the same bloody problems.
I want to know Hostonys best server and I want to be moved to it, I'm pissed off with this.
