is down, its been down for 2 days so far and
I know my account is current .
Can't get to my cpanel or to the site.

I dont' know what any of that means..lol
All I know is when I go to my site it doesn't come up, and I cant get to my cpanel either.
I click on the page for sheascreations.com and it comes up to a search engine and says comin soon.
Its been working before so I don't see why it would come up to coming soon..

and set the DNS back to hostony's

Well Im having a bit of trouble today,
Seems since my crash a couple months ago I lost my information
So I can't even get into where my nameservers are to change the information.
Im trying to figure out who to contact at enom since the place I got the domain name through is no longer open.
The only thing I do know is my username and password to get in and change my nameservers..lol
Its going to be a bad day I can tell already..
Is there anyway you can tell me what the nameservers should be in case I do find a way to get in and change them?

depends on what server you were on what your dns would be.
You'll have to ask hostony what those values should be .

looks like when your original registrar ?went under?
your domain was ?hijacked? by enom.

I'd contact enom to see if you get your domain back
where it belongs.

Enom is the same registrar that hostony uses, so probably not hijacked...

There was a recent ICANN policy that took effect that a lot of registrars are acting upon to lock domains to prevent unauthorzied transfers. Maybe in this locking phase your registrar botched the dns records?

As for the dns records, most of the shared accounts use dns.hostony.com and dns.hostony.org.

Well I tried going to enom to change the dns record but it kept saying I don't have an account with them.
I know I do cause I had to change them once before.
Then they told me to contact the reseller I got my domain name through before it was bought out by enom and they told me this

Your domain was probably one listed, from an reseller domain package we purchased from the net.

Please list the domain name and the nameservers you require it changed to.



So now I need to know what the nameservers are so I can send them that info and get it fixed..
Anyone help me with that
I do not have my account info that they sent me since I lost it when I had the pc crash a few months ago..
