Well i finally rounded up some money, been on a spending spree lately, and been short of cash, but I finally have some to buy hosting, but i need a little help

I want to pay via paypal, for special plan for 6months (all the cash i got atm) and to purchase an extra domain (to the one 1 free one i get), and i would like a set of instructions on how i would go about paying and setting up account.
