I have two questions, somewhat related.

#1. I can't access either of my CPanels. I get logged in and all appears to be okay, but the screen is blank. However, I left my home computer logged in and am now at a different computer with different internet connection and was wondering if that could create this type of situation?

#2. I've never been able to access the "secure" CPanel - the "https://xxx" - just the "http://xxx" URL. Any ideas why?

Thanks,
Tim

There is a bad day.
Our server is attacked and apparently we will be forced to reinstall linux and cpanel on the server. Now there are only few services active - the rest of are down (including mysql, mail, cgi, etc.).
The server can be down from 30 min to 2 hours during reinstalling the server.

We are sorry for the incindent once more. We are trying to fix all problems asap and hope the server will be restored soon.

i noticed that there are no problems with http://www.hostony.com/ nor the imap server at mail.hostony.com - do you not maintain the same level of support for all your machines?

We have many servers and hostony.com and your servers have the different ip adresses and are located in the different datacenters.

Unfortunatelly just your server is down not ours. But the server hostony.com is the same shared server as your one and it holds approximately the same number of users. We don't divide the servers on 'ours' and not 'ours' and we host http://hostony.com on the server where many usual customers are hosted on.

We are sorry for this incident and we hope that the server will up soon.
