Is there any general problem with reading emails via IMAP server today?
I cannot access my email account except my main email account for couple of hours today.

I also was just informed by a few of my clients that they are unable to access Horde. They get past teh first login screen, but are rejected by teh second one. Everyone using Outlook or Outlook Express have no problems. Teh problems ar eonly with Horde. I don't have anyone using SquirrelMail or NeoMail, so I don't know about them.

Please investigate and restore immediately.

By the way, i would open a ticket, but you made massive changes to the trouble ticket system. They may be improvements, but THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION THAT YOU WERE GOING TO DO THAT!!! The least you could have done is sent out emails to the registered email address for each of your clients a few weeks ago, warning us!!!. I have been unable to get in to open a ticket. Maybe later today I can spend some time figuring this out.

We're re-installing IMAP at the moment so it will be accessible soon.

Server20 with the same problem at least from 13:30 GMT!!!

My ticket 18 is closed, but the IMAP don?t work at 23:30 GMT.
DON?T CLOSE ANY TICKET UNDER THE CLIENT CHECK IT.


I lost a lot of time solving this problem. (the ticket was open at 13:44 and was closed at 23:03)

How long does it take to install IMAP??

Horde is still not working.

The issue is NOT ability to send and receive mail.
The issue is that nobody (except the very top level user) can log into Horde.

All others get:

"Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password
was entered incorrectly."

This bug has been fixed too.

The IMAP is still not working. I cannot access my emails on IMAP server for over 24 hours now. Only the main account works, other accounts do not.
Apparently problem was NOT fixed.

Same problem is with Horde, Neomail and SquirrelMail.
In Horde I am receiving same message when trying to login:

"Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was entered incorrectly."

Only one way left to access my email accounts is using POP, but I really need IMAP working.

Please fix it ASAP!

Horde is working now.

Yes, Horde is now working. I have tried several mailboxes for different domains and they all work okay.
