Heres my problem. I own Domain.com. I host www.domain.com at Hostony. I host an Exchange server at my office (not at hostony), mail.domain.com which Auth DNS is NOT hostony. www.Domain.com has a form that is suppose to email feedback@domain.com. When adding a domain to hostony they add a zone for you domain on their DNS server. So when I try to send an email with my form to an email address that is hosted on my exchange server it never gets there because their DNS sends it elsewhere. They may tell me to go into the change change MX setting but if my MX points to mail.domain.com which on MY DNS server is right but on their DNS is wrong it still gets dumped. PLEASE let me know how I can get around this or PLEASE remove my zone from your servers. This has been a problem forever.
