My websites are okay, but I seem to have difficulty receiving my emails. The servers seems to be up and down since yesterday.

Also, I am not able to use NeoMail.

Can you look into the problem?

Errr.... I think the problem still exists.

I just received another 2 complaints from my clients who are not able to use NeoMail.

I've just checked personally, and got this message:

NEOMAIL ERROR
Couldn't open /var/cpanel/neomail/neomail.log!

Please assist. :(

I'm getting the same error message with NeoMail. Any suggestions?

Come on Hostony... it's going to be another working day for my clients...

Email down means no new sales and no customer service support for them.

Please look into the problem urgently, and at least keep me posted on what's going on...

This is very bad. Continuous email problems.

Server23 (.fastbighost.com) is NOT accepting POP3, IMAP or SMTP connections. IP is 67.15.42.48
