I'm looking to sign up for the Special, but need to know the particulars about which Linux distribution is run on the servers? I have an application that has a proprietary database and a CGI executable that need to run on the server. Is there a problem with installing something like that?

It has either a Perl or Java based install. Is it possible to get this installed and running on my account? If I can, I will sign up immediately. Is it possible for you to download and check it out?
