I really hope this company just kidding me.
I signed up here for server renting 2 weeks ago.

They charged! my card , and don't set up my servers becouse "frauded cc".
That was all comment after 2 weeks !!!!!!!

What do you mean "frauded cc" ? Its a normal legal Visa card. I have the bank statement of this charge.

I am really out of my patience and I want explanation what the hell is going on there !

Give back my money or setup the server.

Your was determined as fraus for 2 reasons:

1. We could not reach by phone.

2. The country where the payment was done is different from country where credit card is registered. Your money were not accepted and your credit card was not charged.

While order is processing money on the CC is captured(locked). It doesn't mean that it was charged. It has a status of preauthorization. It means you cannot use them until it is uncaptured (unlocked). Your money will be unlocked if your order is fraud. Time of locking depends of the bank where CC is registered. We charged money only after order acceptation.
