Greetings....I've been hosting a nuke site out of my residence for about a year now. It is an invite only website and I have about 60 registered members. I don't have any experience in hosting outside of my home and was wondering if my database and nuke site can be transfered to the new host? Is it as simple as uploading my nuke site and database(query)? Thanks for your time!

Yes you can transfer or upload yout site including database without any problem.
But some hosters don't allow to use register globals in php so you phpnuke may have problems for this reason.
