All linux account include Fantastico plugin in control panel. It includes several web site building tools such as Mambo, postnuke etc. You can test them from your control panel

Ehhh, I don't mean to be rude, but, isn't the point of "building" a website mean learning the real language to make one?
Sorry if it seems offensive, but, everyone is making a site and asking how to make one now-a-days, it really kind of gets to me.
