I have a plan to start a site like http://www.i-am-bored.com/ .
This contains simply link from all over the web. It only contains links that are safe for all kinds of viewers. I mean no 18+.

My idea is the same but a bit further. It will contain all kinds of links, In addition: if the viewer is registered (signed EULA) and is over 18, he/she will be able to access 18+ links.

I will not host content, or I will not hot link the content itsself as jpg/gif/swf/wmv/avi in a page that I host. I will just give link to the content's page or the content.

The main intention of the site is not givingout 18+ links, but as a matter of fact they are the 'facts' of the internet.

Depending on your answer I will buy a hosting plan.
