My website just disappeared and a folder containing shop123 - something I didn't put up there appeared in it's place. I have also had several files just disappear off some of my other sites.

Is this normal?? What's going on?? Any ideas??

Please open a new trouble ticket and notify some alien files and folders

I already did and the tech told me that he could delete the folder but never answered my question about why the folder was there in the first place.

Now my whm is down and all of my control panels are down as well. Any ideas as to what's up??

Whm is ok now. It was a license problem.

Also please change your passwird for your control panel. We are investigating it now additionally
