Full Version: Mail not working in resold accounts

Mail service is not working in the accounts resold from my Linux Reseller plan.

Trying to access any account from the CPanel WebMail services or from my Outlook always fails.

Is there anything to be configured in every resold account so that mail service works?

Please submit a trouble ticket at http://support.hostony.com with detailed description of the problem and also include some mailbox name and password for it that is not working.
We will have a look at the problem and will try to help.

Did this ever get resolved. Im thinking of getting a reseller plan and would like to know if this happens often and what to do about it.

This was only due to a particular situation in my reselling accounts (I have the same domain name for two accounts in different servers).

There is no problem with mail service at resold accounts.
