Might want to send that to billing@hostony.com or even maybe get in touch with them at their live support link, or even send it to them via ICQ or AIM, but I'd think if I Wanted my electricity at home turned off, I wouldnt post a sign in my front yard saying "Turn me off" ... I think I'd get a better response from contacting my power company and telling them directly...
