As a reseller, some clients don't need full access to cpanel.
Nor could they handle its complexity.

Other than cPanel is there a seperate login address I can give them for 'just log in'
to their webmail?

Or Is the cPanel the only access to webmail?

https:// wont work that way, but regular http will..
