My site (and all my customer's sites) are completely down. No FTP, HTTP or anything.
Put in a ticket an hour ago with no response.
Email has not work for 2 days.
Are you guys trying to kill my business?

we've restarted the server to upgrade mail daemon

I was down too and when I asked why, I was told to make the following changes to my DNS:
from:
NS10.HOSTONY.NET
NS11.HOSTONY.COM
to:
DNS.HOSTONY.COM
DNS.HOSTONY.ORG
Maybe you need to do that too?
