If hostony Cant Do it, you might want to ask if one of the resellers that watches this board might make you that kind of an account. Although 25gb of traffic and 700+mb for $5/mo is pretty much unheard of, I'd expect about 200mb and 5gb max from anyone is what you'll get offered.
