This is so stupid - but how do you access the control panel? I got my Dad to email you guys, and you sent us the same email as when we first registered.

Call me an idiot, but I've read through it about a million times, and I can't see it anywhere.

Do I have to download something or what?

Cut from the activation email, replace XX with the IP you received in email, and xx with the user/pass you were setup with as well... This should all be in the activation email...

You can also access your control panel from http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel so long as the DNS is working...

I tried all three of those, and got error messages for all three.

What is the Error Message?

For the http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel I get Page can not be found. For the other two I get Page can not be displayed.

have you tried to get to it via the IP address? its possible DNS hasnt propagated yet and you are still loading it from your old host?

so it would be:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cpanel?

If you can give me your domain name I'll see where its routing for you, and see If I get the same errors here... DONT send me your password or username
