Hi,

I'm considering moving a site (just one for the mo.) to hostony.com, but need to be sure that it is reliable. I know there a quite a few posts about people complaining that various servers are down, etc.. but don't know if this is an accurate representation for all people. (People who are happy usual stay quiet!). So..., can someone (either admin or users) give an accurate server uptime percent?

I use Internet Seer to monitor my site this was the last report I got from them for my site here at Hostony!

Actually, problem is if over 1% down, say dead 2days, we get only 2days refund?
IE there is no loss to Hostony even large downtimes.

Since you are confident 99%, you should guarantee eg, if down for over 2hrs, get 1month free etc.
