I have a priority 1 problem. My forum is down today and yesterday was the first day I sent out the welcome invitation. The fact no one can get in is making a very poor first impression.

2 hours into the time since opened someone asked a question. I responded 2.5 hours into the time since opened. 4.5 hours later and no one has even showed any interest in it?
I even sent an "Is anyone out there on the ticket.." No one is answering.
So Is anyone out there in here who can help?
