Hello,

I mentioned in MANY cases that my reseller clients just aren't receiving emails at all or receiving emails after sometimes 8 hours.

I asked to identify some senders to my clients and a lot of them seemed to use the same SMTP (not all, if I might add).
I contacted that comapny and tried to pin it on them :)

They stated that the problem was that my mail server isn't responding in a timely fashion, with a timeout of sometimes over 30 seconds (I forwarded the test logs to support@hostony.com, no response...).

I mentioned that to the hostony support numerous times, and off course, I got the message: "tested now, all seems well...".

All my clients are complainting every day, and already 2 have left me... they didn't even requested a refund...

On many occasions I even didn't get a reply from tech support at all, even when I tested myself and it didn't work at that time (time and date in detail in my email to the support team...)

Can this be solved in order to keep other clients going to other providers?

Also, all other previous issues were resolved very quickly by the Hostony support! But this one... well...
